Description:

Death Machine (1994), directed by Stephen Norrington, extended uncut remaster, encoded in 10 bit HEVC with AAC sound, including original theatrical 5.1.

IMDb : https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0109575/

Video encoded in two-pass 11 Mbps x265 10bit with the veryslow preset for archive quality image.

Note : It's really kind of a shame about Stephen Norrington. At first an accomplished SFX artist, he started his directing career with this, an ambitious low-budget sci-fi horror that embodies the spirit of 90s cyberpunk (perhaps even more than Hardware, which he also worked on as a SFX artist), then made the Wesley Snipes Blade movie, and then went through a nightmare with the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen film, which was supposedly so difficult that he quit directing altogether. His talent is obvious in both this and Blade, though, with a heightened sense of style, excellent action directing, and, in this, wearing his many influences on his sleeve, with characters named "John Carpenter", "Raimi", "Scott Ridley", "Weyland", and "Yutani". It's mostly influenced by a mix of The Terminator and RoboCop, I'd say, and it's a whole lot of fun. Brad Dourif stars, along with lots of people you've never heard of, except a young Rachel Weisz in a very small role.

Evil megacorporation Chaank Armaments is in trouble because of the "Hardman project", a cybernetically enhanced supersoldier program where one of the supersoldiers goes berserk and murders everyone at a roadside diner. The board is complaining to new CEO Hayden Cale, who is being pressured to fire eccentric weapons designer Jack Dante. However, Dante's secret project, stored in Vault 10, is possibly involved in the death of a previous executive who wanted to look into Dante's business, and Cale is in danger. In the meantime, three eco-terrorists break into Chaank headquarters to sabotage the company, and become unwillingly mixed up in the escalating conflict between Dante, his inventions, and the remaining company executives, leading to an all-night chase with Dante's mechanized "Warbeast" pursuing the survivors throughout the facility.

This is a pretty ok transfer, nothing amazing, but color, contrast and grain levels are all quite good, not super sharp, but good enough. 5.1 track sounds fine, absolutely nothing else included, not even subtitles.

HeVK torrents always have lots of keywords. Try searching for "hevk sci-fi horror” for more technology going rogue and turning on its creators, “hevk slasher” for more unstoppable killers stalking groups of survivors, picking them off one by one, or “hevk 90s” for more from the decade of mostly optimism about technology. Remember that?
