Playboy Cover to Cover Hard Drive - Every Issue From 1953 to 2010 [ISO]

This was sold as a mini-hardrive by Playboy. I downloaded it as an ISO a few years ago, I still have the original ISO file which I'm uploading.

Problem is that this has to be mounted somehow to make use of it, since it was originally sold on a mini-harddrive. I can't give any instructions on how to do that, because I never did it. I know that from comments where I got it, some people never figured it out, but lots did and it seemed to work for them.

Some of you may want to wait to download it, and hopefully some tech savvy downloaders will give some instructions on what worked for them, I believe there is several ways to do this.
